I diagnose and treat a wide range of gynaecological symptoms. During consultations, I perform routine ultrasound examinations, insert intrauterine devices and conduct different tests from PAP tests to endometrial, vulvar and skin biopsies. My specialty is in prenatal and delivery concerns, and menopausal symptoms and treatments.

As a leader of my research group I have investigated the risk of cancer associated with hormone therapy in Finland (breast, uterine and ovarian cancer) in relation with its benefits, which include improved quality of life and the reduced risk of heart attack or stroke.

I create personalised hormone therapy for women suffering from menopausal symptoms.
